Smile Hello
Hey all, new guy to the board here and I am looking for people to fish with in the RI area. I have been big into freshwater and over the past couple of years have been doing more saltwater(stripers). I have gotten my share but no keeper yet. So if you need someone mature to fish with let me know(gfojr@cox.net), I have all summer off.

Welcome to the board Target. Great bunch of people here and plenty of info. I'm sure you'll have the opportunity to fish with alot of us. Do you surf-fish or are you a boat man?

Thanks for the welcome folks . I live in Coventry, I fish from shore but would love to get in a boat as long as is stays in the bay. I can get extremly seasick unfortunately. I went on a cod trip out of Pt. Judith and it took me 2 days to recover lol. Here is a list of places I have fished:

Charlestown Breachway
Chipiwinoxet Point
Warren Bike Path bridge near American Tourister
Narrow River
Newport (I think it was called Brayton point)

I haven't been yet this year any recomendations? Where is this Cuttyhunk place people are talking about ?

Target, I may be able to hook up with you some time as well. I keep adding to the number of spots I fish unfortunately I can usually only hit them once a week or so. I know I'm booked this weekend. I also have children, so I try to fish at night to minimze the impact at home.
