Kinda sad in a way, bet it will change drastically, once it changes hands.
For what that kinda money costs, you need a big payback to make the monthly "nut".. no more cheap nightly rates.. if it stays a motel.
hmmmm... BBJ, ya know what the lower/outer cape needs.. ....B&B&T's...
kind of a mix of a B&T, and Bed and Breakfasts, for the folks that come from away, bet it would fly, course you would only have about an 8 month max season, but it just might work. |

Would be a pikie of the day and large size fresh sand eels, fresh mackerel / tinker and horse, eels all 16 to 20", and a large GOOD coffee with low fat muffins and a healthy Omelete with rye toast

I would love to buy something like that ...Just dont have the dollars to back me up....Went up to N.H. last weekend snowmobiling...Prices are a lot better up there..Pittsburgh area...Then again a lot further away from the salt...  |
