flw stripers series

i was thinking of entering , there is a qualifying tournament out of quincy , ma. then i read the rules boat must be 20' min. oke: i consider my 18 parker sea worthy

Screw them guys,you have to run a Hydrasport or Wellcraft or some sort of Genmar.
I was told the top prize was 50.000 but I could not win that much B/C my pice of crap Evinrude blew and I repowerd with a Suzuki.
Top prize would only be 35.000 for not running Genmar,Evinrude.
