Just RATS for team striper1

Fished with the live pollack and dead macks

I think we should have spent more time looking for live Herring or Pogies

our best fish came from a large mack. drifted with a 3 oz egg sinker and a two hook rig in 40 feet of water just outside of Hull Gut.

We will have to do a lot better next weekend.

as of my weigh in time of 2:45 on sunday the "silver bullet" had a 43 for first. "rock on" was second with a 37. third was "5 for fighting" with a 36. fourth was "femme fatale" with a 34. Team Devils Fiddle was in 5th with a 29.35. there were still some boats to come in so i am not sure on the official final tally.

John and others ,

Thanks for asking. Team Ave Maria (formerly, the Basic Boat Fishing Team) came in a respectable 5th with a 34.62. Great Fish and gllad that last minute addition Beetle got the fish.

Boston Harbor Fishers should be proud as the 2nd and 5th places came from the home waters of the Tournament. Not too bad considering the aother three in the money reportedly all came from South of the Canal.

Looking forward to Hewitts where we took 5th last year. Hope fully we can regain our winning status of two years ago at the innaugural Hewitts Big Bss Bonanza.

See you all in two weeks
