Fished the Charlestown Breachway Thursday night on the flood tide. The school bass were breaking water all the way back into the pond from the boat ramp. Took some nice fish on the fly.Hope this was some help.

Forget about the Breachways on a weekend, they can still be good but the stinkin' crowds... Quonnie is my favorite for ease of fishing but C-Town produces bigger fish (for me anyway)... Otherwise, it all depends on how you want to fish... Plenty of shoreline that is mostly good at various times with a couple places that stand out if yiou are prepared AND are willing to work at it....

I don't advise anyone fishing the breachways and rockpiles of Rhody unless they are wearing Korkers or similarly studded soles... Felt is OK for a while then steel needs to take over...
