Jointed #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& topwater

I took the liberty of customizing a topwater lure by Salty first of all because I hadn't seen one, but have often thought of it as being a something that would catch fish and what better way to start but with a proven lure. Just so everybody understands its a #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& lure and not mine creation other than the jointing I added.
