Bank Report?
Does anyone know for sure how things were at Stellwagen this week? Have plans to go east on Saturday, but maybe heading north is a better idea. Our two trips east haven't produced yet, but Saturday will be the day. Don't ask me how I know, but I have that feeling that Saturday will produce, somewhere!

Fished all around the NW corner all day today, no hits, no Charlie sighted. did not see anyone hook up either.
Plenty of bait, blues and whales though.

Things done at the last possible minute are done with the greatest possible information. Procrastination is, therefore, the most efficient means of doing things.

A friend of mine was out earlier in the week looking for charlie, couldn't keep the bass off the squid bars. Biggest one was just under 45# and all went back from whence they came.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day ...
show him where to fish and ... you'll be sorry

I spent all day saturday on the bank. No tuna to report. However, abundant numbers of bait, whales, birds, and bluefish.

Funny, that's what it was out east too, when it opens up it will open up everywhere on the same day, that's my guess.

Oyster
It doesn't sound that bad for tomorrow:
TUE
S WINDS 10 TO 15 KT. SEAS 2 TO 3 FT. PATCHY FOG IN THE
MORNING. A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND TSTMS IN THE AFTERNOON. VSBY 1 NM
OR LESS...INCREASING TO 1 TO 3 NM IN THE AFTERNOON.
We're going off Chatham tomorrow, give her a shot!
