SO i just went in my back yard to see if I could get any distance casting my rigged 7" sluggos on my convench.
Well, I can,,,,very far, and way up in the big maple in my yard! Now I have 30ft strand of mono flying in my yard that I cant do anyting about, nevermind losing the sluggo I just rigged........

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

Yeah, cut it down. It'll be the last Sluggo that tree will ever eat again.

Yeah, same here. Thing went like a rocket. At least I know I get good distance.
Also tested my line strength. I cut the line, then wrapped it around a stick and pulled as hard as I could, it wouldnt break! This is 15lb mono

i dont feel so bad now.. few years ago dad has me practice my casting, and when he went back inside, i casted in a different direction and it got stuck right on to the barn (its 5 stories high!) i was so scared dad was gonna get mad at me for losing his plug, but he came out started laughing.. ever since then, that plugs been hanging up there..
