Is the rain over?

After being grounded the whole long weekend with rain, wind, and rough seas, I am ready to fish. Did anyone get out over the weekend and have any luck?

Got out on the rocks sat night with only 1 strike from a blue. Water is real dirty and bait is spread out. Enough with this East wind!!!! The seas looked really strange sat night. NE wind blowing out with big rollers coming in. Choppy white caps going out over the rollers.

Things done at the last possible minute are done with the greatest possible information. Procrastination is, therefore, the most efficient means of doing things.

fished saturday and sunday evenings out at watch hill. definitely was a little bumpy out there. solid 4-6 on saturday evening and not much better sunday. couldn't get a line in the water without a blue on it in seconds both nights. bass were there too but nothing of size all fish under 20 pounds. only got a 3 bass saturday on eels and 2 on sunday on plugs. tube and wormed out there last evening and got more blues. tons of blues on top last night off the light as well. i've had enough of the blues at watch the last week or so and will focus elesewhere over the weekend with live bunker.

Devils,
Thanks for the Watch Hill report, same stuff going on around PJ. I think myself and your partner in crime Trayder will be giving the SouthEast corner of the Block a try this coming weekend. I need a big fish, going through withdrawal here....LOL...
