too funny. back around 1920 Marcel Duchamp took a urinal and signed his name on it. 95% of the people who saw it were outraged, and 5% called him a genious- well, he made it into the history books because that small % of people were enough to keep him going. The 30 or 40 thousand landscape painters who were all doing the same style of booring landcape paintings are all but forgotten.
I dig this kind of stuff.  |
