Fish Head Soup
Thats what I'm having for lunch.
A Jamaican Guy in the warehouse asked me for a head so I gave him one last week. He brought me in a big Bowl of Fish Head Soup....The stuff rocks......He'll be getting more Heads in the future as long as he keeps supplying me with the Soup.

yummy! Asians have a whole different approach to cooking their fish. Always in a soup/stew with homemade noodles.
