Point Judith Pond......

Rough weather is forecasted for the next few days. Wind and rain. If you still have to get out there try Point Judith Pond. It's loaded with bass, feeding on bait in the pond. And best of all no blues...I picked up a few smaller keepers on light tackle yesterday moring. Just follow the birds. I also marked many big fish on the bottom in the channel. I might have to drop some eels down there tomorrow evening...

Where is the best place to fish the pond from shore?

I have been fishing near the bridge, but only catching shad. They are nice to catch but i'd rather catch blues or linesides. Every time i go there i don't see anything other than shad feeding.

Do the stripers go through there?

Tough place to fish from shore but if I had to I would stick to the channel near Georges. (Or next to a dragger being unloaded) denis is our expert on PJ pond.

179 - I have tried your email address, but it keeps bouncing back to me.

Send me an email about tomorrow evening. I might want to join you and follow you around the pond. I
am up for dropping some eels as well.
