Heading to the White Mountains of New Hampshire for the weekend with Angie/Fishchick and my 2 boys! Its our 3rd annual Christmas Tree cutting weekend! Rent a condo with a nice fireplace, watch Christmas movies like Elf and Christmas Story, popcorn and hot chocolate w/marshmallow by night!!! Saturday we will take the North Conway Christmas train ride....thats always relaxing and fun....the kids really enjoy it! Do some shopping of course! Sunday we will ride over the Kankamagas and go to the Christmas tree farm, cut down our tree and head home! Makes for a nice weekend!!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

Weekend plans!

Fishing the 2nd day of the FLW championship in Chesapeake Bay with
Team Ave Maria !
We fished the 1st day yesterday, and despite problems all day burning up 3 props , and running low on fuel ,
thus allowing us to fish less than 2 hrs and close to 5 hrs to limp back to the dock to make the weigh in, we are currently in 6th place!
This morning we have a gale warning and are waiting on a decision if the day will be poseponed till sat. or cancelled all together
Top 5 teams make it to the final day and will be on tv and in the running for the grand prize, so naturally we are praying today it will be poseponed till tomorrow and the final day sunday !
Wish us luck !

LETS GO BRANDON

Good luck to RR and Team Ave Maria... WTH did you do to 3 props? Mike and Mike sitting on the swim platform or something hovered over a sandbar?

Finishing the Christmas decorations....the tree's up but the village has to be done....

The kids are all sick so they'll have to hang low.....

I'm hoping to sneak out for some trout fishing....

I was thinking about trying for that keeper that has eluded me this year...sounds like some nice fish are showing ...but I'm 2:20 one way from IBSP and not sure I'll have the time now this year for a legal Jersey Striper.....been a nutty year (new baby) as far as keeping plans made to fish.....next year will be easier

If you are there on sunday am (and hungry) there is a great place called the red fox that has a great all you can eat jazz brunch on Sunday. It is on 16 in Jackson. It is kid friendly and they have a little kids playroom. They have a nice selection of steaks and stuff for dinner too. A little expensive at dinner (like everything up there...) but the brunch according to the web site (and I remember that it was reasonable) is 6.95, carved ham, hash, bacon ,omelets ,waffles etc. Red Parka Pub also has good food up there.

For me this weekend, maybe putting the tree up, do some plugs, work on the man cave, play with my little one, take my new tire to get repaired for the 3rd time (good thing I got the hazzard coverage)
and do some Christmas shopping.

I have to work Sat. , I do volunteer work Sat eve. But Sun. early I'll make a trip to RI, a reliable source told me of herring with 35-40# bass on 'em. I don't think he was telling me a fish tale.

Be encouraging, not discouraging

Work, tree on Monday.
Hey Brian, I was going to go to that show tomorrow, but I'm too tired.
My buddy Dave plays bass with Seemless, says the shows have been off the hook.
There's gonna be a lot of the local metal "mafia" there, should be a good time.
I'll pm ya later to see how it went.
Lata,

not bad at all for championships out of state.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.
