Dang - the seals are skittish around dogs! I think we should relocate all the Coy Dogs to their territory. They will probably relocate in larger quantities to the backside. Damn Rats...............

I flew over Monomoy today. I like what I see happening. Beginning to look like the old days. Now we just need the break in front of Chatham light to close and the spit connecting south beach to the lighthouse to open.

I'm concerned of that happening too Don.. there have been more hauling out on Nauset since the closing of the southway....
anbody know any full blooded Inuits that wanna make a beach ride with me?

Check out the Marine Mammal Protection Act. That should sum it up. The definition of a "take" is kinda messed up -- very all-inclusive.
