I cut the basic shape out with the band saw. After that I use the sandpaper that comes on a roll. It is 1.5" wide and looks like 80 grit. They use it for cleaning copper before soldering. I cut it into 15" pieces and sand it like you would shine shoes. Then I go back and sand it smooth with a foam sanding block so it contours the plug and don’t make flat spots.

Ok, everyone is wondering how she swim’s, I was having a hard time finding a place to test her out do to the freeze. Today I went out to find a suitable place and low and behold and thanking the geese for breaking up the ice I found one. O MY GOD!!!! I was thinking I would have to play with the lip and stuff but she swam KILLER with a nice wiggle.

On a slow to med retrieve she swam around 2’ deep and had a killer wiggle.
