Step one: Lose the foolish notion that Pot is a dangerous drug (how stupid do they think we are?) and quit wasting our tax dollars on enforcement of BS laws that dont have the slightest chance of preventing it's use. And dont fall for the "gateway" drug propaganda either. Dealers don't ask kids for ID when they sell them a bag of weed but the clerk at Cumberland does when the kid trys to buy cigarettes. Point being, its easier for kids to buy weed than it is cigarettes. There are marijuana laws that have been on the books and being enforced that go back to the "Reefer Madness" days. Enough is enough.

are building these huge prisons everywhere to jail drug offenders..
and the population in these jails are growing at a rate 75%
faster than the civilian population....

so eventually based on this scenario ...the prison population will be growing out of our control...
(like it ain't already ) the system is NOT working.

and we are paying for it now ....but we will pay a huge price later.

the price of drugs $$high$$
because they are kept illegal they
get sold at very inflated prices ....so the government is financing/furnishing
the terrorists with drug cash by doing this and
then they complain about it... they need to re-think it...
