U could do that with 2 quick coats of 5 min eppoxy,.
I usta put the butt loop in a old cheap roatary vice so it would spin level.One coat to fill it out an next coat to make it nice.sand, prime, paint.

FORE!
It's usually darkest just before it turns Black..

I am using two-part epoxy.

I have a rotary vice that I adapted a 5rpm motor to. I put the plug on the vice and put the epoxy on while the plug is turning. I try not to put on too much because as you know it is a bitch to sand. The primer covers the rest of the little imperfections.
