BIG STRIPERS FINALLY SHOW

finially stripers in the 40 lb class are showing up around the Elisibeth Islands and Cuttyhunk. My friend took a 42lb today and
droped a few in the same range.The same fish should show up around the cape within a week.

Good news mike, I talked with art lavalle today and he fished quick's hole on saturday and said the bass were stacked up there like cordwood. He had some good size bass on jigs.He fished on the susan jean with john christofson.

Just for everyone's knowledge, I have fished with John Christian on the Susan Jean. For anyone looking to fish the Elizabeth's/Cuttyhunk this is the guy to go with. He leaves out of Woods Hole and has a 22' center console. He'll bounce you off rocks along the Elizabeth's shoreline where you will cast eels into the rocks and catch some big fish. He gives it his best shot and he is a great guy. He's been fishing there for 25 years and knows every nook and cranny of those islands. It is also a beutiful place to fish. If anyone needs his # just ask and i'll supply it, I just don't have it here with me.
