One of my top- 3 favorite bands of all time!
They've only put out one "bad" album out of like 14... and it was the last one (Vapor Trails). I have high hopes for this new one though: no way these 3 guys can't still make great music! One thing's for sure: they'll never do commercial crap!
Either way, live they are awesome! Don't know if I'll see this tour as I'm afraid they'll do 50% of the playlist from the last 2 albums (and I've seen them many times way back when...) but if you've never seen them: go! You'll see three amazing musicians, regardless of the cuts they play! And I'm sure they'll do the hits like "Limelight," "Tom Sawyer," and "Spirit of Radio," etc...

I actually thought Vapor Trails was most excellent
Their concerts follow a greatist hits format. Perhaps 5 or 6 songs from the last 2 albums and the rest will be from the vault.

See, Spence: music is so personal! "One man's meat..."
Anyone hugely into Rush I won't ever disagree with! Bottom line: don't miss them! They're the last of the great still- touring all- star "superbands..." (F. the Stones of 2007!)...
OK, I'll back- track this much: the last 3 songs on "VT" were awesome/ outstanding/ vintage Rush! The rest of it was way subpar for my tastes/ memory of them. Still, 3 great songs is much more that you'll get from most of todays Group's "best" albums!
Beyond the "Greatest hits" & classic/ old Rush stuff everbody knows: "Test for Echo," "Power Windows," "Presto," "Counterparts" & "Roll the Bones" were incredible more recent albums! They'll do cuts from each of these I'm sure!

You lie, but if not and if you need someone to fill a seat let me know
My tickets for Tweeter are ok, but nothing special.

I had a RUSH album in my hand at Walmart the other day and bought something else. Needed something that spurs movement on the treadmill. Oh hum.

Spence, no lie, of on one side but right up next to the stage, it'll be like sitting on a corner of the stage! Me, Wife, Son and Daughter-in-law. If someone drops out I'll let you know. Gonna be good! Even I was suprised, we didn't get to the ticket window until 8PM.

Seriously, let me know...
I've seen them front row a few times, tough to get those tickets anymore unless you're a VIP.
It's quite possible that they released some tickets and you just got lucky

At the casino they use a different method for selling tickets. They only release the upper tieer and rearmost lower tier ticket to ticketmaster and save the rest of the seats for their customers at the box office. First day on sale you have to use your club points to buy tickets, they won't take cash or CC.
