That is by far the most disgusting thing I've ever seen.
Death penalty in this case is absolutely warranted.Doesn't matter if no one was murdered.

They caught the prep and two other he was with. He is 22 years old with a prior criminal history (no surprise). According to the news he tried to resist arrest. I only hope the Police took him to the long way to the station.
