If you think about it, the weight you lost, equals more then 3 of those fish combined. Now just remember how tired your arm was from carrying that fish and holding it up for the pictures. You were carrying around three times that every day. Crazy when you think about it. Great job!

It is crazy when you think about weight loss in those terms. I lost 50 over the winter. My dog is about 55 and when I think about how heavy she is to carry around, it definately makes me realize how much lighter on my feet I am now. |
