Of all my fishing experiences, the one thing I remember is going to Campello Island in Canada with my mum and dad, off the Maine coast and watching the guys catch 50-60 pound halibut off the pier. That was 45 years ago.
Bridgeport CT, as a kid, maybe 5 or 6 yrs old. Bunker, bitten in half or chunks taken out of there backs all over the shore, hundreds of them. Remnants of a bluefish massacre. I can still see it plain as day.
