i think that is right around average pricing. You are not getting ripped off, but not deal of the century either.

Reprits -
That motor will give years of no worries, plus resale will be easy with new power. Anthing around 10K installed sounds right.
My buddy just went from a '91 150 2strk to a '03 4stk 140 suzuki on his 21fter, top end speed went down a bit, but this baby sips fuel so that trade off is easy. The motor performed great and is whisper quiet when trolling.

I have a 2005 df 140 on a 20' Hydra-Sport bayboat not the best hole shot, but I can live with it. Trim tabs are a must.
I top out at 42 mph,it's great on gas I am happy.

115 is plenty for my 19 (closer to 20) hull weight is 1295. Im guessing yours is a touch more.
When you can troll for 6 hrs and only burn 1 to 2 gallons of gas, i think its an easy choice.
if you do mostly trolling 100hrs comes up faster than you would like. I burned through my first 20 in 1.5 weeks.. Since I bought the boat late I was able to stretch it out to the end of the season but every 100 is going to be tough. probably going to have to get it serviced mid season and then put away for the winter.
