We took the Ave Maria 2 for a LONG run today !
That 5-10 was supposed to be out of the south.
More like north/north west 20-25 with steady 25+ gust all morning!
Made for a crappy, cold day,
but that Hydrasport rides like a Lexus, and we run no less than 22-25kts in that crap !
Van,
I heard you the radio heading into Julie's slip, mechanical problems ???

LETS GO BRANDON

Spent the last two days diagnosing the problem. It will run for a while then crap out.
I thought it was a fuel issue, but thats not it.
Changed fuel lines, filters, got a look inside the tank, pumped out some fuel, changed primer bulb, sending unit cleaned and redone.
Tank check valve replaced tank screen removed. Change the plugs too.

NADA...Off to the shop she goes.

Things done at the last possible minute are done with the greatest possible information. Procrastination is, therefore, the most efficient means of doing things.
