June was a bad month regarding family events and celebrations, now we are into the vacation and Summer doldrums. Hope to get out soon. Did do a charter, most short, but at least I got my feet wet.

Was back for the first two weeks of June and results from the surf were pretty poor. The best I was able to manage was a couple of schoolies. Made two boat trips with friends and we had about 10 fish total each time with only one keeper for the two trips.

June on the ocean front is usually my best month for big fish, this was the worst month of June I ever had.

Boat - very consistent June. Lots of nice fish. No real big fish, May had many more high 30# bass. Bluefish w/light tackle kicked butt.

1 @ 32 Pledge. Our beloved Striped Bass are in trouble AGAIN.
I fished through the lean years and don't want to live through another collapse of the stock.
2 fish @ 28" is ridiculous.
