I haven't had tog in my belly yet this fall - although I have seen some caught recently -(not by me as I only enjoy watching others catch fish)

...it finally happened, there are no more secret spots

If I ever catch one that's big enough this season I'll let you know! Ummm I could use a drink..........let's see my gut contents recently seem to contain a small village population! Man, I really need to hit the gym again, but that's a whole other issue.

john when i was down in florida, i talked with a professional trainer (my cousin Roy) who has won body building contests and has been on tv and has his own huge gym now which i got a tour of... and we were discussing weight loss and how to increase your fat burning engine... strategies and all that..

he told me....and listen up all of you who want to loose some weight
because this works pissah

he said that your leg muscles and your back muscles are the real fat burning engine in all of us ..and if you'll excercise those primarilly
instead of focussing on say sit ups for tighter abdominal muscles or to shrink the beer gut ect. you'll increase your metabolism (how quickly you burn fat or the rate of burning it)

so i tried it out , and sure enough he was right on the money bigtime

i went from 240 to 220 in no time...which is like lifting ten pounds off of each step and man my feet are so happy now...

my gut is disappearing and i love getting on the scale now to see how much i've lost each week....

trust me ..........it works like a charm
