i think you are wrong here, BD. I doubt they have the slightest idea that they are doing anything wrong.

A) I think it would behoove us "gentlemen", Zac & bart, to not persist in the previous patterns from <<<<<<ova there.

B) As for my infamous BLUEFISH, it was more like 5 months ago, it was only the third boo I had ever hooked, and since then I've become quite proficient with the toothy bastages, thank you.

Why does that one occassion, an instructional one at that, resonate so deeply with youse guys, bart/Zac/Skitts/et al?? Didn't know that my PAST ineptitudes meant so much to you fellas .

The main difference between me and them is that I would never mistreat any species ~animal, fish, or fowl~ like that, except for perhaps them varmint dogfeesh !!

[QUOTE=zacs;541421]i think you are wrong here, BD. I doubt they have the slightest idea that they are doing anything wrong.[QUOTE]

do ya think that could've been better said, like this?:

'i think, they don't have the slightest idea that they are doing anything wrong.'

difference of OPINION doesn't have to be wrong does it,

only different, eh mi amigo?

unless you are the undisputed authority on all OPINIONS .

I think we all think what is going on is wrong, it is also wrong to confront a total stranger and tell him/her what they are doing is wrong.

The EP's are usually just a phone call away, I know for a fact that they were in Charlestown that day because I was driving behind them. keep there number in your cell phone and call them if needed.

I think this thread should be more about how these bozo's can be educated in the proper handling of fish, and stop with the blaming and guilty feelings. I am pretty sure we on this board know right from wrong

Well said, tatoo bob!

ZacS, bart, and SS just doan get my sense of humor or metaphors.

Of course, I would do the gentlemanly thing and attempt to assist those cats with a proper release. I learned a long time ago that one draws more bees with honey than with vinegar. Exagerration for emphasis sometimes gets missed by the more litteral types.

Just to clear things up................................................ .

No, I wouldn't litterally "scream" at someone I was trying to teach about proper release techniques.

No, I doan think that i'm ten feet tall on the net and nor would i treat someone else as if they were two feet tall.

Yes, at some point we all need/needed instruction and most folks will comply if taught properly, i believe in the spirit of humanity, although there are those that do fall into the category i aforementioned.............that is all
