How Can I Get Rid of Deer?
Friggin' things are cluttering my backyard, pollutin' the landscape.
They just won't leave me alone.
Oh what on earth do I do?
Pic taken from my kitchen, right after the first snow melted last month.

Hey Specialist, you just gave me an idea!
I'll sic the Gassblaster on 'em!!!
I'll probably violate some animal cruelty laws, though. Might even off the neighbors with Dave's noxious butt fumes.

Do you live in RI?? if so, bow season is open till January 31.....I will be more then happy thin the herd! plus I will split the venision wichya. If your a mass resident I can still help...next year that is. Home depot sells anti deer spray that will help with your shrubs but I would go with plan A first!

FWW, you can get dried cows blood at any of the local hardware stores in our area. That keeps the deers away.

Habs - what's your rate?
All joking aside, I enjoy having these beautiful creatures around. They like to hang out and eat the acorns on the ground, mostly does and their babies. This year they've been staying away from my bushes (knock on wood, tried a new deer repellant).
Truth be told, I spend more time hunting them with a camera now than with a rifle or bow. After all, hunting cuts into my fishing time.
Wish I had that pic of me hand feeding a fawn with apples - ya can't get that in the City!
