What is the deal with the chairs. Are they new, or in like new condition. I have the same set on my boat, but they are a little past their prime. Thanks

Goose, how tall is the leaning post and does it have a base flange?

It doesn't come with a base. I removed the seat leaving the pole and the leaning posts post slides over it, the height is adjustable
