Fish ID

Hey, i know for a fact it's not a striper...It wrapped itself around the mackerel rig and i was able to pull it onto the boat.

My buddy said it was a sandshark, I think it's a spiny dogfish, which is a type of sandshark from what I've read. He's saying that it's not a dogfish at all. I know the picture is a little grainy, cell phone camera.

Just need a little help here. Thanks Guys
