Where's your favorite fishing spot?
Where's your secret spot that almost always delivers? Specifically where do you park, what do you use for gear, what tides are best? If you could attach a google map that would be great.

You forgot to ask which wind or moon produces best.

Maddmatt...while I appreciate your response, I'm not into your kind of fishing. Not that there's anything wrong with you doing your thing.

Did you really expect someone to respond to a question like that on the internet for everyone to see? Fisherman will talk in person (sometimes) but never on the internet.

What goods a secret if you can't tell everyone?
Here's a good spot to try:
GPS: 3708.817 7601.066
Try a 7' medium rod with 40lb braid and a sea worm or a small bucktail on an east wind. Late March is a good bet.
You wanted a solid Cobia spot right?

The third rock to the right of old man Larry's house with the monk hair cut. Two hours before high tide. Bring your korkers and hold on tight to that rod!

Sometimes I like to fill up the bathtub and throw in a line. I can't guarantee a great catch, but I get something every time! Last week I caught a bar of Caress soap!!!

June-Sept on the outgoing tide. Use squid trailed behind a flasher. Caught large there many times. Make sure you check "birds eye view" to get best view.
My back up spot is located here.
