Is that 4 out of state and I heard out of state freshwater went up also.

yes thats for out of state i live in mass and there is only freshwater fishing licenses in ct u dont need a ocean license yet for as far as i know

Don't think I'll be fishing Ct. any more! Way overprice and the money goes into the general fund, your money could be spent anywhere needed, fill potholes, to needles for user.
