Gay Head area was upper 50's on Sunday.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

Yesterday was my last trip to the harbor, off to Quick's today so I'll post temp and if any action.

55.5 MV side Quick's. 52.9 West Is.

Large schools of (large) blues in the MV channel, but looks like the end of season for everything else: no scup (although season closed), no sea bass, no stripers, no nothing. Not even winds or waves: flat calm!

Must have been nice out there. I was at work in Pocasset at lunch commenting to the guys how nice it would be on the water today. I wishing I took my tin boat out front of Sandy Neck today as it was flat calm this morning and I saw birds off shore working and out of my reach, but I chose the shore and then work. Water was about 49 a fly guy told me this morning in lower CC Bay.

I think the only thing plentiful in Boston harbor is the dogfish.

Is the moratorium over? might as well go dog fishing, see who can get the most numbers.

NOAA's US Coastal Water Temp site which shows the near real-time water temperatures:

Some reference points of interest: B Harbor #51, Stellwagon #54, Woods H #56, Buzz B #57, Narra B area #31, 54, 55, and Newport #57.

It's probably a little early for crabs but try Never Home Bait and Tackle in NB, if he doesn't have them I have used seaworms in a pinch and they worked, never tried clams....

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day ...
show him where to fish and ... you'll be sorry
