Jigman, Thanks to your instructions and with the right tool (belt/disc sander) I now make short work of the surfster style "slope"

This one has a RI postmark on it.

I've got a few more in the hopper for you and I to try on the "LARGE" down yer way in a couple of weeks

Hi Christian,

They are 3D plastic eyes with a stem. I buy that size ( 7mm ) at the local fly fishing shop. I buy smaller sizes and larger sizes from a catalog.
They look like glass, but a lot less expensive .
