JENN, THANK YOU  I can wait, if he shoots a drake Mallard Ill take the whole bird  skin it an use it. thanks again.

Ray. In 40 years of tying an having a fly shop. I have seen them for sale, some stuff you have to IMPROVISE ON  looks like Ill have to wait till DUCK SEASON.

no problem....I dont tie...or fly but everytime he comes home with a bird the fisherwoman in me says "I know SOMEONE out there would love to get their hands on those feathers" but then it never seems I can think of anyone to give them too! I would rather see them go to good use than go to waste.....

Jenn, no problem Ill be here, just PM when ever. I use to hunt,fish BOSTON HABA. know it like he back of my hand. even had lobster pots there. till the stelling started.

back when I hunted I use to KEEP the CURLY TAILS for DRAKE MALLARDS
now for some reason I cant find them to tie some flys with, so here what Im looking for, yes CURLY TAILS for drake mallard Butts, PLEASE if there are any out there
