Maybe she needs to learn the hard way, like by having someone plow into her and just driving away because they're late for their Monday night football party. She sounds like a worthless piece of trash! |

If she was on her parent's insurance and their liability coverage was insufficient - most people carry less than $100,000 for personal injury - then the parents could be sued beyond the coverage of their insurance, and lose any assets they may have and have their pay attached forever. That was the probably the motivation for the father's role in the attempted cover up.
Think carefully about the maturity level of your kid before you put them on your insurance.
