For You Desk Jockeys

The things that people do and say in the office amaze me everyday! Sometimes I need a litte Terry Tate to get me through!

You guys have probably seen these(they're old) but they still make me laugh.

We could realy use a guy like that in our cafeteria. I just can't believe some of the ludicrous things people do around food that others as well as themselves might eat. Boggles the mind.

What happens there? You see a surprising number of people at the salad bar grazing. Reaching their gubby mitts into one of the bins and tossing whatever into their mouth. I've seen others get a salad and eat a good chunk of it on line waiting to pay so when it gets weighed it doesn't cost as much. There's a table set up with containers of ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc., instead of the little packets, and there's a sign that says "please do not remove condaments," yet every freaking day I walk through most are gone and you see them sitting on a table that may have two people sitting at it. Blows my mind that people think simple rules don't apply to them. There's a guy who comes in regularly, gets a bowl of soup, walks around pretending to be deciding what he's going to get, while drinking the soup, leaves the empty container on a counter somewhere and walks out. There's other folks who get a cup of gourmet coffee and say it's regular when they pay for it. There's others who come in, shove an Earl Grey tea bag in their pocket and leave telling the cashier they just have hot water. There's plenty more, bottom line, WE NEED TERRY!
