I am not looking for sympathy here, but I have stayed the same. Hurt my back which took about four weeks before I could hop back on the treadmill. Second day on the treadmill the control board shorted out. Se la vie! Waiting for new board, should be here Monday, via Brown. The I'll get skinny.  |

Getting nowhere - 235. Spent 2 weeks on the road for work. You can't lose weight on the road. In fact you can't "not gain weight". Can we make this longer?

Sucks I missed this thread.I started P90X 5 weeks ago.I've lost over 30lbs this year not all from the workout.P90X puts some weight on from muscle I've noticed.Wait until you hit phase 2. |

Buying Plug at MSBA for Portly Angler Challenge
I haven't given my plug to John yet so I am thinking of buying an extra plug at the MSBA show and dropping it off. How easy is that - supporting the builders that support the MSBA show and no shipping!

Sorry I havent been around. I'm still fat but very handsome. I'm down around 5lbs. I kinda did alot of ice fishing/eating and drinking. Its fine by me I had a great time being portly. Good job guys. Some good #'s up here.
