If you are planning on travelling to fish the north shore this weekend, be forewarned that there are at least two tourneys going on. Both are based out of Marblehead, but participants will be fishing from Thatchers to Boston. Mostly boat, but they will be up tight to the rocks in spots. One tourney in particular will have a lot of the once a year fishers. You know the type. Plan accordingly....

Also an FYI if your heading to PI this weekend...Yankee Homecoming is this weekend in Newburyport....usually big crowds and there will be a fireworks display in the river.
