OR.......

1) a seasoned pro, who displays his chipped and pitted wooden lures like a badge of courage.....

2) a plastic slinger, who will use everything in his tackle/repair kit to extend the life of his favorite plastic for at least one more fish?

(For the record I AM #2)

Tag, I would except it's been done. Glad you are catching. Besides, I am both boat and surf. Then what?

No boat, back in the suds.

I throw both, but it depends on what the fish are eating.

Nothing like a long cast with a gibbs needlefish wooden plug on the water at sunrise only to have a 25#hog run up from 25 feet to take your plug with an explosion of water and fish.

The sun shines on a dog's ass every once in a while, maybe today is my day!

My 2 cents the cooler guy is the guy who is versatile and does what ever it takes to catch a fish, wood, plastic, rubber, bait, lead, metal, glass, grenades, nets, etc...It is much more fun to catch on your own wood but I'd rather hook up than watch others catch on something I refuse to do.

I'd rather be Sporting Wood.............. than Sporting Plastic
