BuggeR Jr Personal Best
My son Thomas (15) was lucky enough to be sponsored by the MBBA to go to the 2010 Jr Conservation Camp in Williamsburg for the past two weeks. What a GREAT experience for kids in their teens to be able to do the black powder shooting, rifle shooting, archery, fishing conservation things, etc.
Thomas got a great trophy for largest fish caught there for the two weeks. 17" brown trout. Thing looks like it's about 3 lbs. Pics to follow
Thanks to the MBBA for sending these kids there. If your kid has a chance make sure he gets there. Great program sponsored by the Ma F&W. Pretty sure this is one of the things that MA pays for with sportfishing excise tax.

Cool, that's a great program, with great sponsoring clubs.
Of course, reading the title I thought it meant you actually went out and fished.

MSBA sent me to the MA Conservation Camp as the winner of the jr. member fishing essay contest......about 45 years ago. Still remember it as one of the "best of times"!

TG I thought they were the same. Either town got you to the same address on the gps. Got to download the pic from her camera at home still.

The Boy Scout Camp is in Chesterfield, regardless its a great spot i grew up about 10 miles from there and spent many summers fishing and canoeing that lake. Its also a great spot to ice fish our troop use to do weekends at a cabin on the backside of the lake some good memories there.
