FISHING LIMITS

if me, my 2 other brothers went ot fishing on a boat, and I caught two stripers that were keepers, does that mean that we've caught our limit? or does that make it 6 stripers because there are 3 of us? or does taht mean we need a commercial license? i want to be sure we're adhereing to the letter of the law... thanks...

as of this year, you are allowed 2 keepers per person on your boat.

What's the limit in RI? is it the same? and just for the record i heard that the fish has to be 28" (not that i usually keep them anyway but just in case) is this true?
