Each day a gift

Each fish a treat.

It is easy to forget why we fish.
Fall is a great time to relearn.

Guess I missed the point of today, Huh. I was out to try to catch a late season straggler, and to outfish you, George. Failing both, I went home and continued consuming the leftover beer. Then I went to Sunday nite Old Timer hockey and played arthritically miserable. Now I'm ready to start the work week angry and depressed.

Beautiful pictures. Thank you. It's not always about the fish.

Where were the pics taken? That looks like a place my wife would like. I'm not asking exacvtly where the fish was caught, juast the name of the general area.

Nice shots George. That one fish has a real "football" shape. Nice that you fish with your dog.

There were a few guys who fished Block that alway brought their Black Labs. I always knew they were around when the dogs would sneak up on me from behind and startle me at 2 am. Was always worried I'd hook them on the back cast.
Finally one of the guys attached a light stick to the dogs collar. Then we always knew where they were.

LOL. So a normal week, outing for you this year. Sorry Alan I couldn't resist. I am sure G. is starting the week off in a great mood because he had something to do with your mood. Nic pics guys looked like a beauty of a day. Alan don't worry about the old timer hockey thing. I think all you try to accomplish there is not to have to use the portable defibrillator.
