WAAAY COOL. Sphero Ball....
This I guess was brought out and demonstrated at 2011 ces in vegas. Watch the first video when it gets to the people outside. They realize after a second that the thing is following them. That is some incredible technology. $100 retail!

that we've re invented the wheel

imagine four of those on a car
with a super intelligent joystick

held to the car by magnetic flux
wouldn't that be fun !!
