It's disgusting. Honest recreational and commercial fishermen are being squeezed from all sides with licensing, regulations, quotas, threatened MPAs etc. I've never been one to dime drop, but I'm calling in every violation I see from now on....period.

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.
