I lost my Dad today
My Dad passed this AM in his sleep ,93 years old ,retired WW11 vet Liberian/Egyptian Campaign--- Air Battle Ploesti 93rd bomb group
ret. Col. 102nd TFW at Otis . He was a great Dad and a true HERO
He is flying with the Angles now , rest in peace Dad
ML,
his obit will be in the Globe & Patriot Ledger FRI 4th 2011
he called it the "Irish Sports Page"

I'm sure you are proud of your dad and you should be, he was from the greatest generation!.
93 years is quite an accomplishment too.
Cherish his memories. I'm sure he will be honored well at the services.
