not sure.. we had the 2001 regulations which i beleive said 50...

we had 3 people and kept 38...

i caught around 15 or 20 scups today on the patriot party boat with my old man. i lost my rigs in three times a row when i hit the bottom and it caused my spinning gear to scream. any idea why? we fished off the vineyard sound. all of them are in jumbo sized...
