				Fishing cape Ann

A few friends of mine had a grat catch of tuna over a three day fishing trip with most boats landing three fish per boat. All toll fourteen fish were landed with twelve of the fish weighing between 525- 597 lbs., two under 300 lbs.. |

				 | There has been plenty of bait in Ipswich Bay and whales feeding on this end of the bank, whales have been 12 miles or so off Gloucester after being most of the summer 30 miles southeast. |

				 | Yesterday, Tuesday two boats unloaded two fish each from the bay, I know one of the boats was there for three days. A few days ago there was a bite of off Portland Maine about six miles off the coast.
Three boats yesterday unloaded their catch from Geroges Bank. Has been very productive this past week. One Gloucester boat had zero. Its a long haul from Gloucester.

The bay and nwc is only a stones throw for us here on cape ann, approx. 30 min ride for me to nwc out of gloucester harbor.

				 | My friend spent 2 days on George's and got zip.
There was a bite last week. It's since cooled way off.

 Also literally 100 boats.

				 | The tuna boats from here have done very well the last few days on georges. Eight gloucestr boats started to arrive at 1 am this morning one boat had 3 fish, 1 was due in at 6:30 this morning with 3 fish and a few others have 3 on board and due in through out the day.
I also heard that the bite around portland maine is over. As most know the bites do not last long, here today gone tomorrow.
