Pats vs Giants... you need the ball to score

Todays game is a big "rivalry" game. The Pats D needs to stop some 3rd downs or there is no way for the Brady Offense to do its thing. last few games time of possession has been an issue early in the game and the last game against Pitt the Pats did not make it up by dominating in the last quarter.

So it boils down to giving Brady some time with the ball to do his thing.

If I was Bill B , I would be at the end of my rope with the D secondary. I'd let them know that things change today by better play or they will change by trades starting tomorrow. Anything would be better than what we have!

The big thing is stopping some first downs. That way we get the ball into Brady's hands now and then.

Go Pats.

There is a lot of areas needing work - 2 biggest being the Secondary and O-Line.

Expect a game as tough as any division game...

Can't believe Gustowski just shanked a 27 yarder!!!

And now another INT for Brady! The Pats have not looked good lately.

And now a fumble by Brady! He's starting to scare me.

OH-CHO-STINKO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The single worst acquisition in all of professional sports.I have no idea why Brady even throws to this idiot.

I'll said this.
Many in the press call Eli Manning a dumb hick and other things but you ask me he's pretty damn good now, especially late in games.

I would be inclined to say that the ref should not make that pass interference call at the end of the game when the ball was clearly uncatchable. However , we lost this game in the totally unproductive first half.

I think we are in trouble. Todays game could be the difference between 10 and 11 wins this year. 11 probably makes the playoffs , 10 doesn't.

Ocho is a waste of Oxygen. Trouble is nobody else wants him either so we are stuck. I was totally disgusted on the play where he was open by 10 yards then rapidly ran towards the defender who was actually running away from him. Stupidest pass receiver "move" I have seen in recent memory!

Oh well, it was a nail biter and I enjoyed the excitement. Just wish we had ended up on the other side of the W-L column.

5 of the Giants 6 wins have involved 4th quarter comebacks. He's doing something right!

That really sucked
thought they would pull it off but not meant to be

not even an enjoyable game to be at

the offense lost that game period in my opinion

our cornerbacks need to learn to turn around before committing a penalty

got a lot of work to do

jets game next week is going to tell the future of this team

kudos to the giants, they played better

Play calling sucks too. Has made Brady very predictable. Welker, Gronkowski, or throw it up for grabs. Clearly lacking the weapons and the ability to keep defenses guessing. Holdout Mankins has been more noticable for his penalties than his blocking, Branch has gone missing, and the run game has been abandoned. We did not appreciate the "almost perfect season" while it was happening. Team is not that good, kind of like the Sox this year. Good names on the payroll, but not a 'team'.... We've been spoiled. Set your expectations accordingly.

Exactly, our corners suck period. Next time we have a proven corner that wants more money to stay Kraft better step up and overide the rest of the braintrust.

I am sure Mr Bunchden will get some coaching from Mrs. Brady this week while they watch the films.

it wasn't Brady's fault they lost that game.....it was the bonehead penalties on the Defense at the end of the game that cost them the game.

Defense sucks azz this year

offense put them only 3 points up because they didn't score at all in the first half, they were terrible. They should have had a 10 point lead at least.

Chung missed that last play as he was hobbling around, in comes Segio-PIT-Brown and there you have it. Spikes getting hurt didn't help ability to blitz.

I know the D sucks, they have no depth but they played well first half and the O sucked.
I don't think it was Brady's fault, it's the teams' fault coaches included.

They better get serious this week
