Need Tips

I have been surf casting for years in Fla, for Snook, Tarpon, sharks, etc.....
I live in the New Hampshire area now. I caught a Striped Bass ( 44inch/ 33lbs) of Rye beach incoming tide with mackerel) well that was the only thing I have caught in past 3 years.
Can someone familiar with the New Hampshire fishing scene please give me some tips on good spots, bait, times, tides. I rarely use lures for ocean fishing.
My setup is 8ft BWS Ugly Stick Heavy action ( great play and excelent casting distance) and Shimano Bait Runner 6500, 20lbs test line. I rig 18 - 24 inch 60 lbs leader line.

You might want to repost with a title "Need tips on fishing NH surf" ..or something to that effect to attract some more focused attention from people in that general area.

You might want to try getting some info from the following.

"The Merrimack River site is still growing. If you'd like to learn where and how to fish the river area just join the club, it's free. Many of the newer members have gotten some nice fish as a result of techniques they got from the board. The site address is: http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/merrimackvalleystripers. We love to hear from you!"

Found this on the noreast site. They have a section where you can click on a state to get posted reports, which might be of help, although nothing has been posted from NH lately. Plum Island isn't far away, and I have been hearing of good catches from up that way, but cannot give you any firsthand knowledge from that part of the world.

Of course, this is the BEST site for stripah fishermen and ladies. Welcome.
